Oral Presentation Guidelines 

For the regular papers (including special sessions), the time slot per paper is 18 minutes, typically 15 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&As. 

 

Poster Presentation Guidelines

The presenter who registered in In-person format must attend the conference and show up to present your poster, it might have some Q&A and discussion during the poster session.

Please bring a printed-out poster to the conference. 

。Poster Size: A0 size (width 841mm × height 1189mm; portrait format)  
。Setup Time: 08:00 am -10:00 am on the day of the presentation  
。Remove Time: After your poster session

Live Demo Presentation Guidelines

The in-person demonstrations will be conducted in presentation booths to set up a working system. Demonstrations may be an interactive software on a laptop, a hardware setup, or even a robot.

1. Onsite Live Interactive Demonstrations

  • Setup Time: 17:00 -18:30, Oct. 19, 2023  
  • Presentation Time: 19:00-21:00, Oct. 19, 2023  

Materials Provided:

  • Two poster boards (200wx200hcm)  
  • Poster size: A0 Size (width 841mm × height 1189mm; portrait format) is recommended
  • One table (180Lx60W cm)
  • Two power plugs (120v): Power adapter should be prepared by presenters
  • Limited (shared WiFi) wireless internet access.

* Other materials such as laptop, screen should be prepared by presenters.

* Electricity:  Canada uses an electric current of 120 volts and Canadian electrical sockets are Type B.  Appliances from other countries may require a converter.
